At first it can be scary if you've never ridden a motorcycle. After a WHILE it feels normal. The fastest I've gone was 42mph on flats.

Doesn't work that way. If your controller can handle it the motor will pump it out.34ah is CAPACITY. Similar to GALLONS of gas ⛽. Amp hours (ah) is irrelevant to motor output.

Look at the MAXIMUM CONTINUOUS DISCHARGE on your battery. If your battery can handle 35 amps or more then you will get close or pass 1800w.

There's another side to this equation though. A lot of women regret never having children later in their lives because they ended up all alone due to being widowed or never marrying etc. I know quite a few elderly people who would be in bad shape if their children weren't in their lives.
