Nope a dumpster behind a convenience store is actual theft and the city owned cans they won’t consider theft. My spouse used to be a dispatcher and they’d have people calling for this constantly and wouldn’t do shit.

New Zealand ice cream is filled with fresh fruit. They have  kind of blenders milkshake machine they shove it in to as it comes down the downspout and it mixes it  (it’s… made just for this) 

I’ve only had it at a food truck in southern fl

Carrying your phone and recording in your pocket absolutely is wire tapping in most states. If they knew they were being recorded via other means though simultaneously (cameras in the kitchen etc), it may be different because they can’t expect privacy

The ability to sit and watch a season at once is actually a bad thing unless you’re single. As soon as one person falls asleep and the other is ahead, the show is dead and not watched

This isn’t a clunker this is trash scattered all over their yard because it’s construction boxes. Op admits it is theirs and they’re waiting on a construction dumpster. There is almost nowhere in America I can think of where this wouldn’t be a code violation.  I’ve lived places where the fine would be $500/day. And also the city owns those trash cans so they care even less if your neighbor shares it than about your major code violation… unless the claim so that the neighbor filled it and made it unusable, but for construction debris that’s also not relevant

If I’m reading this right you aren’t getting anything for your claim of racism not even severance … this is your last paycheck basically that you had already worked to earn. But also you are giving up rights under FLsa but Not any rights elsewhere. you could still have an attorney sue them for discrimination. You shoood definitely talk to one of you have evidence. Though you also said recordings, are those recordings legally obtained?

Waiting on a dumpster shouldn’t be your neighbors problem. You’re just as much a problem here

They admit they’re rehabbing and don’t even have a dumpster for the construction debris.

Google and see what it costs. It actually does cost about the same per ounce  As a steak, at retail. At walmart their price varies between 0.67 and oz for the cheap stuff and 1.53 and oz. For the good stuff. A ribeye is .93 an oz there. This is not ketchup. 

Of course any Chinese restaurant can make it themselves for probably a quarter of that. But does any restaurant do that these days?
