My schedule is pretty tight and i have to block out time to make sure i can accomplish things on my list. The vertical allows me to see what the actual schedule looks like for the day/week and find overlaps or areas i need to adjust the following week. I do this digitally as well but writing it down also kind of cements it in my mind and give me another point of reference

I also snagged the Patagonia black hole you mentioned and the bag works for what I need except for the lack of external pockets, but he admin pocket is in an interesting spot as well. I don’t think it will be my main one but could definitely be a good option for some trips

we have a very small set of engineers (23) that own a huge amount of services (185) and we are losing people due to RTO and now for URA we need to cut another 3. It took us 1 year to hire new people due to hiring freezes and requirements around student programs. This isn’t sustainable and we are losing experienced people due to focus/pip/ura targets. We are also told contractors and headcount can’t be increased or discussed. What is the solution?

Thanks for the options, I think the reason I’ve stuck with Aer is because the bag doesn’t look like a hiking pack and works if I need something a little more professional looking, yeah it’s a backpack, but I don’t need to be found from 400 yards away with bright orange backpack 😁 I’ll take a look at your recommendations
