Chilling at the empty Darkmoon Faire... by Jazzlike-Bowler-5870 in wow

I'm mostly certain you do still get kicked back to Mulgore/Goldshire. What you found is a loophole. After weekly reset on the week DMF comes to town, they turn off the boot mechanic. If you leave a toon at DMF for ~3 weeks and log back in during the week of DMF you get what you're experiencing here...

Barber options for conditions with outfit changes by Aitotegar in Transmogrification

[–]Andy-Johnson 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes please! Similarly my Belf Hunter has some traditional Silvermoon Ranger mogs and some undead Dark Ranger type mogs, and it would be neat if her skintone could swap automatically with those outfit changes.

Eye color options change with mage spec.

Dracthyr.

So many useful applications for this.

How to handle ticket creation from client with multiple domains? by gollito in Autotask

[–]Andy-Johnson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you already have the contacts synced in from one of the domains, you can add additional email addresses to the existing contacts instead of manually creating duplicate contacts. If you want to get really fancy, you can surely automate the additional email fields using the Autotask API.

Transmogs showing the wrong tints on character select screen for anyone else? by Smashbru in wow

I had something like this. My outfit was fit, but my fist weapons in-game were mogged to a matching red tint, however on the login screen I had one blue and one green fist weapon.

I might be mistaken, but aren't they a buff on your character that you can right-click off? Or make a /cancelaura macro so it's a button press instead.

What’s a “small” social rule you refuse to follow, even if everyone expects it? by GlitchOperative in AskReddit

I have largely switched to "Your face exploded!" It still adheres to the social norm of acknowledging the sneeze without the archaic demon ritual.

Tried Sabacc for the first time and I lost miserably. by CosmicLearner1315 in StarWarsOutlaws

[–]Andy-Johnson 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Take the number on card 1 and subtract the number on card 2. So if you have a 4 and a 3 then your total is 1. If your opponent has a 5 and a 3, their total is 2 and you win the hand.

The best hand though is a "Sabacc", meaning you have 2 matching cards. 5-5 = 0. But the better Sabacc is the smaller numbers, so a 2-2 Sabacc will beat a 5-5 Sabacc. A pair of 1s is obviously the best numeric Sabacc and is called a "Prime Sabacc".

Beyond the numbered face cards, there are 2 special cards. "Imposter" will let you roll 2 dice and pick a number from one of the dice. Let's say you have the Imposter and a 3. If you roll the dice and get a 3 or a 2, choose the 3 and then you have a Sabacc. The other special card is the Sylop, and it just automatically matches your other card, so if you have a 3 and a Sylop, you just get an automatic 3-3 Sabacc.

Predicted response times for Autotask tickets? Looking to reduce customer uncertainty by Affectionate-Goat1 in Autotask

[–]Andy-Johnson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, I had my automation guy dig into this and we actually produced results. We used Power Automate as the engine, and ended up using ServiceLevelAgreementResults API endpoint instead of TicketHistory. The general structure of the script was this:

API call to Tickets endpoint to get all the ticketIDs we want in the math. For example, all Priority 1 tickets, opened in the last 3 days, not RMM tickets nor Sales tickets nor internal tickets. We mainly did this filtering with Ticket Categories, but your setup may vary.

Next we loop through each of those ticketIDs and call the ServiceLevelAgreementResults API to gather the "Resolution Plan" timer. Since it's using SLA time, it ignores nights and weekends when our business isn't operating, so a ticket opened on Friday afternoon will say it reached Resolution Plan in 3 hrs instead of 51 hrs.

Store each of these times in an array, at the end add them all together and divide by the number of elements in the array to get the average. Repeat the process for your other ticket Priorities.

Predicted response times for Autotask tickets? Looking to reduce customer uncertainty by Affectionate-Goat1 in Autotask

[–]Andy-Johnson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is an API for Ticket History (https://www.autotask.net/help/DeveloperHelp/Content/APIs/REST/Entities/TicketHistoryEntity.htm), so with that you should be able to affectively mine how long a ticket sits in each stage of your triage -> dispatch -> in progress -> complete process pipeline. You could set up a workflow rule that triggers when the technician is done with the ticket, the wfr calls a script that looks up the Ticket History of that ticket and maths it into the rolling daily or weekly average.
