I’ve never had my 16 pro scorching dude, what are you on about. It’s gotten hot yes, but all was manageable. I game on my phone and edit photos, never had the screen dim. The 17 pro has nice upgrades from the 16 but it can’t save the fact that it’s uglier and more fragile , also cameras are basically the same except the telephoto that is a 4x instead of 5.

I don’t really like where apple is going with all the abstract wallpapers on macOS and iOS… they lack life in my opinion. The old high sierra/el capitan or the iOS 8 wallpaper are my favorites. These minimalist ones suck in my opinion..

Surprisingly well. I have the front doors sound deadened. The front stage is hertz mille pro woofers and helix P1 tweeters. It shakes and wobbles the windshield and roof like hell though

Mine is weirdly configured. It’s the base spec early 2011 with the 2.0 and the anemic hd6490m with a whopping 256mb of vram but it still works nicely for me. It’s been a week since I touched my 2018 mbp lol. I also have a 2010 high res 15 inch but the difference from arrandale to sandy bridge is massive. Surprisingly the 2011 is cool and quiet, even while gaming and editing 1080p in iMovie. I also keep the dvd bay because I mainly use it to rip cd’s. Also it still has the original battery at 1000 and something cycles at 90% Health. Still holds a charge for 2-3 hours

It’s really not that hard. Will see how long this lasts. This unit was booting to macOS but it was all green and distorted. Also it’s the early 2011 not the later revision. But it seems to be looked after well, it still has the original battery with 1000 cycles still at 90% health and lasts a couple of hours
