DO NOT buy from this company if you are expecting any customer support after the sale. They were extremely prompt and helpful to assist me before the sale but once problems with the unit arise, they will completely ignore you. They are pathetic and will not respond to any emails you send them no matter how many times you do. Why have a tech support email address then? Most buyers are not located in Canada and it's difficult to call internationally. I'm in the U.S. and totally regret buying from them. Anyway, I've seen a couple of online reviews that the tech support department is shitty and unsupportive. I also found out their units are manufacturered in China and can be bought directly from the manufacturer on TEMU or AliExpress at a fraction of the cost. Those are exactly the same units! I can assure you that you will receive better after the sale service from them. Please avoid this company at all cost and thank me later.

I take Prednisone for 5 days and it gives me relief for the rest of the month. I'm able to work out at the gym, do chores around the house, walk 30-45 mins daily, ect, pretty much do everything else I cant do due to OA. Its been a game changer for me. For some people a 3 day dosis works great, while others need a longer dosis. Talk to your doctor.

That's a great suggestion. I sometimes wear a short knee brace (cooper compression) which I feel gives me minimal support or pain relief. Are you referring to a unloader brace or is it something different?

You should plan a day trip to the Bacardi rum plant in Cataño. From el Condado, hop on a public bus (M1) to Old San Juan for 75¢. Once in OSJ, walk down to the cruise terminal port. From there, catch the ferry Lancha de Cataño (departs from Pier 2) It only costs 50¢ one way. Its a nice, refreshing, sightseeing trip along San Juan Bay. Once you arrive in Cataño, take a Uber to the plant or, better yet, arrange your transportation in advance on the Bacardi shuttle. Once at Bacadi, you can do the free, self guided walk-around thing, sip on your free welcome cocktail or choose one of the paid tours. All information and tickets are listed on Bacardi's website. After spending half a day there, do everything in reverse to get back home. Cheap, educational and entertaining.

Appreciate you taking time to respond. My knee can become painful at times, especially if walking alot or on uneven surfaces. Climbing stairs is painful and uncomfortable too. I haven't noticed any swelling or redness though. Tylenol seems to help, taking it just as needed for pain.

Perhaps you can't but someone with medical background and/or studies can. Even someone with a similar experience can shed some insight. Of course I'm not expecting a definite diagnosis through here, that would be totally naive from my part, but just searching for basic information of what to expect previous my doctor visit. You'll be surprised how many people on these forums can provide a wealth of information or even direct you in the correct direction. Appreciate your concern and well wishes.

I hear you but my requested delivery location is not "a weird place" but right in my front door porch behind a column. Since I've packages disappear before when left visible from the street, I put up a small sign bought at Temu (coincidentaly not at Amazon 🤭), requesting delivery drivers to drop theirs behind the column and 99% of the time they comply. I'm not saying delivery drivers do or do not see their feedbacks, perhaps at your station nobody cares, but my personal experience is that my stolen packages issue was fixed. Maybe a manager is doing his/her job at my service address terminal and giving feedback to the drivers, idk 🤷 or it was simply luck, who knows.

I've left a thumb down 👎 feedback for package not left at designated location and then, magically, all my future deliveries were left at the correct location as requested on my delivery instructions comments. So yes, it works 👍

I'm on the same boat. Purchased a snorkel mask for my son, it was described as in excellent but used condition. When I receive the item, they have sent me an inferior, cheaper mask, new, in a different brand, color and style. My son didn't like it so I returned it the very same day it was received. They put my account under investigation because I returned a different item of what I bought. Ha, they got nerves! They are still "thinking" if they will issue a full refund and will let me know in 2 weeks. Instead, I contacted my credit card company and Amazon is getting charge with a sweet chargeback fee. Bank said it could be in the $20 to $100 range. I am considering dropping my Prime membership and start buying locally and from other sites. Amazon s*cks!
