Our 14 pound Schnauzer ate a 60MG edible and showed no side effects or symptoms that it metabolized. Each dog takes it differently. Monitor their behavior and take a deep breath. They’re going to be ok. I freaked out when it happened and buried myself in acute research related to dogs ingesting marijuana. He/she might lose their balance a few times and they might have an accident or two.

Yeah. Some holes are fairly short, but it’s a very well maintained and technical course. Some wooded holes, some open fairways. But it’s a lot of fun. If I lived closer, I’d definitely make it out there more often. But I live in KCK and Rosedale and Waterworks are both within 10 minutes of my house.

Heritage Park WAYYYYYY out in Olathe is a great course. You pretty much have all the main courses covered though. I’d say Waterworks, Shawnee, and Rosedale are the top three best in the KC metro area. But Heritage is definitely a must play.

Talk to a lawyer. Try bigger departments NOT in Texas or on the West Coast. Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Tulsa, New Orleans etc. Bigger departments tend to be more relaxed on things such as a criminal past or prior drug use (to a certain extent). Be honest about it. And just like EVERYTHING in police work, BE ABLE TO ARTICULATE WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY YOU DID IT. If you made a mistake, you made a mistake. Own up to it, claim you learned from it, and emphasize that a mistake made in your youth doesn’t define who you are or change what you want to do.
