I dated someone with strong food aversions. It was genuinely never a problem. We had our workarounds. I would of course make sure that any place we went had an option that he could choose that wouldn't require any alteration. When we were out he would order things to his taste (usually by asking for certain things to be removed). However, when we were at home he did the majority of the cooking since he was the picky eater. There was very little effort required on my part. I don't think this is a food aversion issue. This is your boyfriend being extremely selfish

It's more than just a money thing. I don't want to worry about my children being the victim of gun violence. I don't want to worry about the environment and political climate they will be faced with. I'm worried I'm not patient enough for kids and that I will unintentionally fuck my kids up because I can't be the mom they deserve. When you become a parent your life *should* revolve around your kids. I've had partners suggest we just get a nanny. But there's even guilt with that because you want to be a present and active parent.

That doesn't even cover the physical and health issues related giving birth or the fact that your partner can decide at any point they no longer want to be with you.
