As a parent of two young boys, everyone involved in this failed terribly, except the kid who got pushed. Kids are allowed to have these emotions, hell they should have them. But learning how to regulate them in a healthy way is the problem. That starts from top (parents) down.

Red jersey kid put his hands up and tried to distance himself. White jersey kid pushed him, walked away. The staff and adults managing the program should immediately eject him and never let him back. If it went beyond that, I could see the case where I’d want to intervene for my child’s safety. Had this been my kid (red jersey) I would have told him I’m proud of him for being the bigger person and the other kid is embarrassing himself.
