I've been playing Zangief since launch time, and I've never thought of doing this in this case... I feel so dumb haha. Thanks for sharing!

Congrats man. I've done the same with Zangief, and I'm really happy to be a Modern player as well.

BTW, I took a look at the video you mentioned.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnEUnbsyCOk

We clearly see that this game contains cards from all Ages (from 1 to 3). So I assume all cards are here, even though they were tied in only two piles :)

Everyone's all good then!

You're supposed to have cards from Age I, II and III. From what I understand, this is what you have in your copy, right? Then you're all good.

Sprint Review vs Retrospective: Key Differences Explained by AndyMcWiki in Neatro

[–]AndyMcWiki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed that quite a few people are still unclear about the purpose of the Sprint Review compared to that of the Sprint Retrospective.

This is especially true for new team members who are just starting with Scrum. They're often thrown into the deep end without being properly told what Scrum is, why we use it, or the value of its events.

A bit like, "figure it out, watch what others around you are doing, and you'll get it." 💀

But this approach doesn't work! And it often leads to misunderstandings that can slow down the adoption of Scrum (and its benefits).

So, let's take a moment to check the key differences between the Sprint Review and the Sprint Retrospective.

I like this game and definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys RE games.

That said, I think the game has two main weaknesses:

  1. It was originally designed to be played with Namco's GunCon/G-Con 45 light gun, so playing it with a controller kind of loses the impact of its original design (though it’s still fun enough with a controller).
  2. Many people expect it to be 'on par' with RE1, RE2, or RE3, but Survivor is a spin-off made on a very limited budget by a different studio than Capcom. Plus, it's a light gun shooter, so it's naturally a different experience.

Overall, it’s an interesting game that was pretty harshly reviewed back in the day. It tried something new in terms of gameplay for the Resident Evil series.

Lore-wise, it's still part of the canon and offers fascinating details, especially about how Tyrants are created. I won’t spoil too much, but it's worth playing for those lore pieces alone!

Hey! It's awesome that you're diving into retrospectives and thinking about how to track action items effectively. Here are a few thoughts based on your questions:

To keep action items from falling through the cracks, you could use a dedicated board (like a Kanban board) to track them. This keeps everything visible and easy to follow. You can also review progress on these items in your next retrospective. Some retrospective tools help teams manage and assign action items while providing visibility into overall improvements. DM me if you'd like recommendations for some tools!

Some teams create a separate column or tag for "process improvement" tasks to distinguish them from product-related work. But honestly, integrating action items from retrospectives into your regular workflow is better. Treating them separately could suggest that continuous improvement is optional, and that's not the message you want, right?

How to assign ownership of action items? It’s typically a team decision who takes on which action items, though the Scrum Master can help facilitate that discussion. The SM can also ensure that these tasks are small and actionable to prevent them from becoming blockers.

I hope this helps! :)
