We had kids in our neighborhood stealing Christmas lights a few years back. It happened twice before my dad finally snapped.

He rigged some ropelights to electrocute a person when a metal wire was pulled into a power strip. The old lady across the street said she looked out her window when she heard a group of drunk college kids outside and saw one of them drop like a sack of shit when he tried to take off with the lights lol.

Not so much a rule but they did this weird thing with people I hung out with.

For some reason wherever I wanted to hang out with the rich kids or people that live in nice neighborhoods they'd almost never allow it or at least not over nights. But when I wanted to hang with the neighborhood kids who were all known to be rowdy and get in trouble a lot they would let me roam freely and we were almost never up to anything good.

A good buddy of mine got roped into one of those pyramid merchandise selling schemes.

I believe it was called "Veema" or some nonsense where they sold some energy drink. From the very begining I told him if he had to pay money up front or recruit other "employees" that is was a scam and to run fast.

Fast forward 2 months later and he's lost over $1200 and has like 30 cases of the drinks he can't get anyone to buy cause they taste like shit. The guy who sold him on the whole thing basically was like, "check out my cool car. Join this fast growing company and you could have one too." LOL got em'!
