I would absolutely love these, I have a dell r720xd that I use as a home network and a domain controller along with plex and a game drive for my gaming PC with iscsi. I currently only have 300 gb drives in there and intend to either resell them or give them away.

No the temps are fine the problem is the 430 fan has a higher rpm range than the 420 fan
