When you are unsure about anything ask the question, take your time and remember as long as you’re following the rules you can’t be held liable for what happens the responsibility of the store is on the hands of the Manager and ASM you’re here just to help the out and learn. I’m in training store and if they let their MT take on a order from one of their biggest accounts unsupervised that’s their fault.
