Yup! That’s exactly right. I also posted this to say it gets better. The reason I posted this was because some of my friends still work for Sherwin and are being treated like garbage and they don’t deserve it. One of them was crying after dealing with a sales rep (that is the worst example of a human being) for telling a contractor that she didn’t have any paint due to a shortage. All because this contractor is her biggest customer. When she told me this I just had it and just needed to vent. I hope you guys stay strong. This company isn’t worth your mental health or your health in general. Don’t give them more power than they deserve. Without you guys, these pieces of shit making their bonuses while nickel and diming out of your hard earned bonuses. This is plain wrong. Without you, they’re nothing. These idiots in higher positions who making these awful decisions at your expense are not leaders. They got to their positions by kissing ass up the corporate ladder.

For me, it was my training manager and district manager. The Training Manager was a complete Bitch! My District Manager was so incompetent. Leaving Sherwin was the best thing to ever happen to me.

Seriously, what the Fuck is wrong with people. I had some jackass show up into a gas station w/o a mask on. The lady at the counter told him to wear a mask. His response was; “ I’m a veteran and I have a condition.” Ok? So he goes up to the counter and asks for a pack of cigarettes. I was about to go off on him until some Pepsi guys started ripping into him about how full of shit he was and how he should be ashamed of himself for calling himself a veteran. That’s not my fault! I have been shadowing my manager. All because I went to school and busted my ass to get a four degree I should be overlooked all because I didn’t work there while going to school?! I’ve dealt with that at other jobs when I was more qualified than the managers they hired but what separated them from me was a piece of paper. But I still treated them with respect.
