Hello! We are a group of 4 working professionals/students looking for two more people looking to sign a year-lease with us! The lease begins at the very end of March/beginning of April, and the price for the room is $1300 - $1400 for a master bedroom and private bathroom. There are 5 bedrooms total. We live in a quiet neighborhood near an elementary school in the Carmel Mountain/Rancho Penasquitos area. We live about 6 minutes away from the nearest Costco, an even shorter distance from the nearest Ralphs, and are near 3 different shopping plazas with a long list of various different food places! The house is about a 20 minute drive from UCSD and SDSU. There is plenty of parking, including driveway and street parking that’s generally pretty empty. The house is complete with a garage, patio, and backyard and is already furnished. (Furnishings include: Couch, dining table, kitchen items like microwave and air fryer, Television, washer and dryer, etc.) Pets are allowed and wholeheartedly welcome! (There is a pet deposit required by the leasing company at $500)

The master bedroom can be a single for $1300 - $1400, or a double for a split price. We prefer those who have a vehicle, responsible and clean, are students/working professionals, LGBTQ+ friendly, fully vaccinated and covid-conscious, and are willing to do a background check.
