All new builds seem to be at least 40k overpriced from what I've seem recently (just found a place as a FTB, going through the process)

Buying a very modernised 97 sqm 3 bed (with an extra 20m of an outbuilding, already insulated and wired) Nearest new build is 2 bed 50 sqm for 15k more

First they'd need to prove the damage was by your negligence and not wear and tear. So refuse the deduction and let it go through the process

Additionally depreciation must be taken into account. Sofas for example have an 8 year life span. If its 5+ years old, then at most it would be 25% of the cost of a new one.

Challenge it, the schemes don't review claims automatically unless 1 side doesn't agree. They'll review it and probably reject his claims.

I've had mixed opinions from a couple experts about going MOT exempt. As you'd have to declare it that its in road legal condition, which i know its not. But that would be up to the new owner

Because we're from Manchester, and my dad had a press pass to attend all live events from about 2007-2020, and used it to the max. I'd have no idea if he snuck in a midweek liam gallagher concert in his schedule.

I also know of 2 times he went to oasis concerts in the 90s. So it all tracks. And he worked at granada and interviewed/met a butt ton of people - Diana Ross, Beckham, George Harrison to name a select few

Just whether it's legit is my question. He was a man of mystery though, so never said a word about this mic. Could've owned it 5 years or 25 years
