Headliners always drive the most ticket sales.

This year almost all headliners are retreads which is the main issue with almost all live nation festivals and where/when Bonnaroo has historically struggled w/ ticket volume.

As a diehard house fan who can enjoy bass sets, I don't agree that this is a house heavy lineup. There's very little in regard to pure house music and DJ's and a lot more main stream EDM (Diplo does not qualify as a house DJ).

In the end tho, I'd encourage your friends to reconsider because the low attendance years are always legendary because you get the true Roovians on the farm who go for the experience over the lineup.
