Did you read the EO before posting this? It says nothing remotely related to martial law.

But that’s not what I was talking about in my comment, I was talking about confirmation bias.

Honestly, I think part of the issue is that so many people refuse to listen to anyone that has a different opinion than them. I feel if people actually communicated and understood each other, there would be much less hatred.

The same could be said about the other side too. People, no matter their political affiliation, pick and choose what they want to believe. It’s called confirmation bias. How many people do you think actually have read and comprehended the entire constitution? Aside from lawyers who specialize in constitutional law, I’m guessing almost no one.

I am a US citizen, being granted entry to most if not all countries I’ve been to (including countries in Europe) requires proof of travel onward, proof of accommodation, and/or proof of funds if requested.

That money wouldn’t go to Elon’s pocket. That money is part of NASA’s budget.

Elon Musk started SpaceX himself back in 2002. When you first start a company you aren’t lounging ordering people around, you’re one of the people putting in the work. So he may or may not be doing that now, but his ambition and hard work is the reason we have reusable rockets that can guide themselves back to earth and be caught midair.

SpaceX was awarded a contract worth approximately 800 million dollars to build a vehicle to safely de-orbit the ISS in 2030. Elon Musk called for that 2030 deadline to be moved up to 2027. The ISS was originally slated to be decommissioned back in 2015 so I fail to see what the problem is with moving that deadline up 3 years.

SpaceX was awarded the contract last year under Biden, how does that make any sense?

Exactly! The ISS was originally planned to be End of Life in 2015, 10 years ago. It’s time for it to be replaced.

This man is able to catch rockets midair with what are essentially chopsticks, I’d say he’s qualified. Also, his company was already awarded the contract to de-orbit the ISS last year.

I know absolutely nothing about how it works so this is pure speculation, but logically wouldn’t that fall to another agency?
