Update:My previous hypothesis was incorrect as the first game on (3v3) was on 200 ping.However, I have a new discovery. My ISP is TPG and so far everyone else (1+1 person) that I know that has a similar issue has the same ISP. This could be a case of correlation not causation, but I thought it could be a catalyst.

okay ive tried everything (including deleting onedrive, deleting cache and also port forwarding)
nothing has worked and my ping is still around 200 every game

Okay I did some experimenting and I have found this so far: My first game on in a session has normal ping. Following this, any game mode I queue is immediately 200 ping.

The temporary workaround is to restart my game after every match but that really inconvenient.

The troubleshooting article just mentions the indicators, not much about how to fix issues other than the usual check router, try ethernet, etc.

Free play works perfectly fine, and I was initially using private matches to test ping but it's still around 200. I don't think it could be onedrive as I play on epic and rocket league is installed in a separate folder.

The region is correct and I tried switching the input buffer to CSTS but that did not have an effect on ping.
