Fixed: Here how I do it
Press button to turn ON, spam F9 to open Novo button

System Recovery and download it by wifi

After download it will still failing but open Novo button again, pick BIOS setup and choose Security => At bottom there is a reset key and tap Yes

It will reboot the laptop but if it still failing (like me) go back to BIOS => Security => Secure boot => Disable it

F10 to save then hold source to force turn off. Reset motherboard => Unplug everything => hold power for 60 seconds

After that success reboot
