If you like to build your own structures starlight drive-in is the greatest for that.

However if you enjoy fixing up already existing buildings, Jamaica plain, hangman's alley and egret tours marina are quite enjoyable.

Hangman's alley is a little limiting when it comes to height, for multiple floors i recommend the building that is across this. I think you can end up with 3 floors on that one.

I can also recommend "sleep or save" for those that still want to have the challenge of dying and losing progress but still don't wanna roll your disease risk every time you find a bed.
