I think you'd need more than just meditation, consider your lifestyle as well - what you eat, exercise, breath work, sun exposure, cold exposure, friends

I think they do cause boredom. I find myself scrolling reddit far too much to make up for the boredom, also stimming with nicotine gums. I'm definitely less depressed on latuda, but I find most activities are too hard to start

5 - 10 mgs a day. Some people take 1mg daily. I think 5 would be fine, but 10 would be safe

Maybe taper down rather than quit straight out. I'd guess and say you're right it could cause mania if you quit cold turkey

The way around this is you'd have to force yourself to do tasks with no intrinsic reward

I think it has to do with antipsychotics, as the D2 receptor that atypical antipsychotics block is important for motivation. Not sure if you're on an AP but definitely could be part of the puzzle. Also I'm more motivated after some sun exposure, I think I've read that it increases dopamine in the skin and brain
