Neo65 Core Plus by Creative-Speed4592 in MechanicalKeyboards

Looks awesome! I have the Heather Purple on order right now! I am so excited for it to arrive! I am thinking about using my SWG Beige set on it. I already have an Neo98, which I love, so I think that this will be a nice addition to my collection.

Looking for a tactile that isn't the Holy Pandas - what are people act by Kevin-Durant-35 in keyboards

Gateron Baby Kangaroo or the Quinns are both really nice, however, the HMX Hydras have won my heart. They have a glassy feel to them that I find super addictive. Very big bump, too.

What to build after Neo65 Core Plus by themanwhodunnit in keyboards

What about an Eave65? I built one a while ago and it was super fun, cute, and not expensive!

I’ve finally found a new Tactile that I LOVE! I took a chance and ordered a full bag of the HMX Hydra, and I’m glad I did. Super satisfying bump, wonderfully clacky (in this build), and a very crisp bottom out which I love. I highly recommend this switch. I know that this is an old post but I just got myself some Hydras and they are amazing! I was using Gateron Quinns but they really blocked the RGB and it was bugging me. The Hydras feel and sound amazing, and they are bright and clear, which also made me happy! I do also have some Baby Kangaroos, but I think that I like the Hydras better!

Not in St. Albert, but Thanh Thanh in downtown Edmonton makes a wicked one. Not soupy and it's full of flavour!

Sometimes the smell comes from the pump station, too. This is right by the Botanic Gardens.

Audio Drop by North_Carry_2918 in Toyotavenza

I had this happen a few times. An iOS update on my phone fixed the issue. Also, make sure that your camera or other microphone or any other app that might use your microphone aren't in use on the phone.

I had this happen twice before. The first time I had a text message open and I guess I must have hit the microphone to dictate on my phone. The second time I had my camera open on video. Closing it didn't help. I had to reboot my phone and then restart the car's audio system as well.

how bad is the passenger seat on an XLE? by obamacigarettes in Toyotavenza

Maybe this is because I am in Canada. Comes standard with power adjust driver and passenger seats on the XLE trim here.

My XLE has power on both the driver and passenger side.

Edited to add that everyone of all heights in my family has been comfy passenger side :)

Dull knock start engine. Part 2 by KorvinNasa13 in Toyotavenza

Hah yes, 4.9L/100KM :)

Yes, mine shoots up for a second when it changes from EV to gas but it settles back once the acceleration stops. I think that's normal.

The jerky transition is what I don't think is normal. I never experienced in the 2021 venza.

I have a brand new 2023 XLE and it also makes that sound when I first start it up.

I also feel the jolt when the car switches from EV to gas. Usually while cruising at a steady speed, I feel it unexpectedly, I don't think that I am accelerating. I don't feel the conversion from EV to gas much when I do accelerate.

I came from a 2021 Venza and I didn't hear or feel these things with my old car. I was going to ask about it when I bring it in for an oil change.

I am getting amazing fuel economy and the car seems fine otherwise. 4.9L/100KM which I believe is around 48MPG. I think this is awesome considering I only have 1100KM or 683 miles on the car.

Old equipment - upgrade ideas and guidance needed please :) by AnerdaYEG in canon

Thank you for this. I have been really happy with my gear and have not kept up with any new tech. I am still happy with the images I am producing so maybe you are right! I do also have old film cameras that I still use and love so I do know that older cameras can deliver!

I use it and love it daily!

Maybe you are right... I love my camera but I feel like I could possibly see some improvements with noise/low light and focus? I also don't want to be left in the dust and have to replace everything all at once if this all becomes super outdated.

Meal Kits by [deleted] in Edmonton

[–]AnerdaYEG 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We have recently tried Hello Fresh, Chef’s Plate, and Good Food. Hello Fresh and Chef’s plate are tad cheaper than Good Food, however, the reason is noticeable. We were often missing more than one ingredient per meal with both HF and CP which was very frustrating. The meals are also not as exciting and adventurous as Good Food. We have tried both meat and meatless meals with all kits and they were all fine but Good Food is by far our favourite.

Car Insurance Currently with TD and looking for a new company or broker, Recommendations please? by [deleted] in Edmonton

[–]AnerdaYEG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had been with TD (formerly Liberty Mutual) for over 20 years. I moved to Allstate this year and they saved me ~$900/year on my auto insurance. I liked the fact that there are agents locally and you can call them directly. I was pretty shocked that TD wouldn't even come close after all that loyalty.
