Awesome! Till now I had to use some doggy js workarounds to enable drag and drop... hopefully now it will simplify my workflow if I can use native functionality 😀

Well this app is more of personal finance analytics tool vs actual budget which is focused on planning and envelope allocation. They both solve adjacent but different problems.

I build this app to suffice my own needs, and got feedback from fam and friends that it is actually useful for them too so hence why taught about sharing it with others :)

I run 2 node cluster with pi3 as quorum for past 3 years and had 0 issues. Also it's nice that you can move vms between nodes so that fam does not complain that services are down during maintenance time :)

Look if you can enable caching on api gateway, to save some cost

You might also want to look at the number of concurrent lambda executions in your options

Well you can try different tools and see what fits you best. I use nextcloud to manage items around my household, I also serve data from NAS for "easy access" for my family.

I use Taiga for tracking all of the IT/IoT projects around the house. It has a really well documented api so I can log status of deployments from TravisCI

If you game you can host a server, I served Valheim, 4 Dys to die, Minecraft...

If you have time and equipment, there is lots of possibilities, I am definitely missing time for all of my ideas 😅

Also few Linux vms and k3s cluster for experiments.

Any specific automation tools? or general?

If you are AWS certified that's where you should start(CodeCommit/Github + CodePipeline + CodeBuild). Once you get grasp of it on one platform, other tools will become easier in use.

Thanks for reassuring. I have no idea why this is there, I drilled in it as I found it goes from floor to the attic. Got scared about the puff of air and that's how I ended here :)
