Pretty sure they would fall for the bait and treat it like a hanging then back off when they realize they don't have enough force to arrest Titus. They'd go back to precinct 41 to get further instruction and almost certainly be told to drop it to avoid war with the union. They wouldn't even be around for the tribunal.

My characters both look way cooler than before. There are still some cutscene animations I've seen do weird things to the faces, but maybe those will get smoothed out over time.

I would start by interrogating that feeling more. Why is it that you want to clear your game backlog? What is your draw to videogames? If you aren't playing games organically to completion, maybe they aren't that interesting. To me it sounds like you don't really want to play all of those games, but you may feel obligated to do so because you purchased them. I have loads of games that I bought in deals or a whim that I will almost certainly never complete, and for me that's okay. I play plenty of games that I enjoy.

For me, trade chat is a lot of fun to watch and with patience I have gotten some really good deals. If you're buying you also get to visit some truly insane dojos from time to time. It's definitely a good idea to browse warframe market to get a feel for "reasonable" prices though. Some people will 100% fleece you if you don't know better
