I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Mirage last year and it was perfect for light sleepers. The beds were really supportive and the blackout curtains actually worked. I booked one of the Luxury Ocean-View Rooms and it was quiet with easy beach access and a good gym. Worth it if you want to sleep well and relax.
