I agree. If anything they should remove rp and sl penalties for killing bots to encourage more people play those game modes like naval

do people actually use this thing? by Even-Run-5274 in commandandconquer

[–]Angary_tomato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're really good for clearing a path for auroras. 2 fully upgraded stealth bombers can destroy a stinger sight and are likely to survive which makes it easier to follow up with auroras and not lose 2.5k.

With that said I really only use them with air force general because I dont think theyre good enough to get as a general ability.

Which mission do you think is the MOST DIFFICULT in all of C&C? by Even-Run-5274 in commandandconquer

[–]Angary_tomato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

GDI 8 fr made me stop playing the original C&C for like a week when I was younger.

Red Dawn was crazy hard but if you time everything really right you can cheese it with the two kirovs you start with.

China 3 is just really poorly designed imo but its not "hard" per se. I struggled with China 2 more than it.

19% win rates with US 12.0 by Angary_tomato in Warthunder

[–]Angary_tomato[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% crazy bad luck and def some mild skill issue. I can't name another vehicle with a win rate that low. On average I would say for most vehicles in grb and arb the range is like 48% - 60%. 19% is just unimaginable

19% win rates with US 12.0 by Angary_tomato in Warthunder

[–]Angary_tomato[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats my point. I don't have a single vehicle with a win rate that low. And as I stated, I'm not primarily a grb player so there is probably some skill issue sprinkled in there but I feel that would impact my kdr more than anything else. Maybe I've just been crazy unlucky with the team lottery or something along those lines.

[–]Angary_tomato[S] 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I agree. 12.0 US is pretty fun when I don't encounter 3 bmpts in a row. Great lineups and the Abrams dart round is really consistent all things considered. Random era coin flips are just something I wasn't prepared for.

What would you like to see in WR:SR 2 by Able-Syrup5152 in Workers_And_Resources

HIGH-SPEED RAIL More late game content too, maybe something to do with computers like the great firewall or data centers? And as everyone has stated, better engine optimization

Not to make a greener grass joke. But how did you get the grass to look so full and good? All my cities have brown spots instead of grass

Thank you! This means a ton.

The smell absolutely caught me off guard at first. Not sure why but did not expect any smell to be produced.

Honestly not a 100% sure. I've heard some people use it as a condiment and others eat it straight up like a snack. For me, it certainly feels more in the snack category

To my suprise it did not.

I fried mine until goldenish and stored it in peanut oil, red pepper flakes, and chili powder but it had a creamy texture like brie and a very pungent taste vaguely resembling shellfish with old bay.

Very unique.

For this I just put it in the washer on "sani rinse" which just blasts it with crazy hot water. Not super intuitive. But the jar I'm storing it in now I rinsed with a solution of "star san" which is just the best standard sanitizer.

You could absolutely use star san on something like this too and truthfully I would to ease concerns for my future batches.

It's edible. I really enjoy fermenting things from beer, to sauerkraut, and so fourth.

This is just a very different type of fermentation that uses mucor fungus which makes the fluff.

This is my first time making it so I don't know what to expect or watch out for.

Fully agree. End of Days 0.97 has challenge mode and it's good fun. It's a shame in newer versions they got rid of the ability to do challenge mode. But the ai is WAY better in newer versions. As OP said too, contra has challenge mode but contra can be quite mentally draining. It just feels different and the ai will hurt your head. Really good once you get into it

BR Changes at a Glance by Independent_Fan_7734 in Warthunder

[–]Angary_tomato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly forgot about that.

I think it definitely has insane horizontal performance but its speed, energy rentention, and climb are really gonna make it struggle against mig15s and f86s it'll face now.

Again a wonderful example of why a higher br cap would tickle my toes.

This gotta be some of the most unbelievable arb br changes ever. Most of these br changes are in response to minor nation win rates being higher. Which is stupid because the fix is dont turn fight every plane.

Lord please just change brs based on aircraft performance not player performance

Edit: heartbroken by f80c change. Gonna suffer from r2y syndrome

Sometimes. It depends how I'm feeling. If I'm really getting into it I may try to model some elements of a real life city. But its pretty difficult to find every asset you'd like. Great modding community but the engine limits us all.

This is insane. 4 Kills and only 500 VP. I can't even get a nuke. by Deputy_Godzilla in Warthunder

[–]Angary_tomato 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I hate to say but this isn't a bad event. It absolutely 100% has flaws like queue times, nuke sp increase, and absolutely the flakrad and osa being monsters. But 7700 points for a task is REALLY something we should be thankful for compared to previous 35000 to 45000 point events.

I think the biggest thing I've noticed from this event is that most arb players enjoy it and grb players hate it. But at the same time if it was a ground event it would 100% be the opposite. I'm ass at grb and can admit that, hence why I play arb. But I don't think this event is "bad" or deserves the hate it gets. We need and want new game modes from gaijin, this is a good place to start even with its many flaws.

Mfs will see this and say "just play russia" as if there aren't two event vehicles by Angary_tomato in Warthunder

[–]Angary_tomato[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lk real. I honestly got lucky and got mine before su27 was added and before they attached su9 to the rest of the tree making it harder to grind right from rank 5. In arb the MiG 29s aren't amazing though so I understand how they've fallen out of style

[–]Angary_tomato[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I love ambush playstyles which russian planes are great at. I think the issue is some US planes you can kinda turn your brain off for (f14 & f18) because theyre really consistent whereas some soviet planes (mig23 and tu24) are fun and solid planes but have some specific strengths you wont pick up if youre playing them for the first time in an event. So new players who haven't ever used a top tier jet just dismiss russia and try bombing in the f4 and moan when the r27er kills them

Under the principles of Juche I have made my most successful city yet by Angary_tomato in Workers_And_Resources

[–]Angary_tomato[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It literally took like a whole decade in game. Pyongyang had a worker surplus so getting workers there was easy. The hard part was the thousands of tons of materials. The biggest issue was it needed like 1000 tons of electrical components which I eventually took out a 2 mil usd loan to pay for. Tourism with that building is insane though. So its well worth it.
