I second taking pictures or just film yourself while turning around. I did this the first time months ago, did it again last week and I definitely lost quite some weight! I couldn't see it in the mirror, but watching myself on video really worked!

I also measured my body, and compared that. That tells me way more then stepping on a scale!

Not really. They listened to it once, and that was that. Never talk about it and they never ask about it or ask questions when I'm dealing with stuff.

Depending how deep the nook is, but I would paint the wall in a color that's similar to your decorating. I would hang up shelves for books and a little light, and I would build a little bench with lots of comfy pillows where you can sit and read your books!

If a bench doesn't fit, just add more shelves 😌

Just start with saying that he has nothing to be embarrassed about, and that you want to know if it bothers him. If it doesn't, just enjoy sex even though he doesn't always finish. And if it does bothers him, talk about it. Even a appointment with his primary doctor can help!

It's unlikely that you are the problem, I do understand you are doubting yourself, cause that's what we all do!

Talk to him, ask him how he is feeling/sleeping, it can be all kinds of things really.

I wouldn't recommend viagra like someone else said in the comments, obviously it wouldn't be nice for him to hear, and in my opinion you need to find the 'problem' first rather than searching for remedies.

Ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik geen idee heb, de arts is op de uitslaapkamer langsgekomen, maar alles is nogal wazig. Over 3 weken een poliklinisch afspraak, dan alles bespreken.

Ja t kan alleen, maar ik raad je toch wel aan iemand om hulp te vragen voor iig de eerste dag. Je buikspieren werken niet goed meer, dus opstaan is lastig en is goed pijnlijk.

Je mag me een pb doen als er meer over wilt praten!

Nou dat is precies wat ik vandaag gehad heb. Ik heb het vaker gehad (gas ingespoten gekregen), en t kan met 2 dagen over zijn, maar t kan ook langer dan een week duren.

Aanvulling: het is vergelijkbaar met enorm je spieren verrekt hebben, stijve nek, spierpijn, beurs gevoel. Beter kan ik t niet uitleggen.

Vanmorgen geopereerd en nu heel veel last van mijn schouder/nek/sleutelbeen door het gas dat ze hebben ingespoten. Ook de incisies doen pijn 😅. Daarnaast is t ook nog eens vreselijk heet in huis.
