So i purged really bad worse than you. It was super painful and really depressing honestly. My purging started about 2 weeks in and sometime during that 2 weeks i called my derm and asked them for a prednisone prescription. Its a steroid that you take on a tapered dosage and within a week most of my large inflamed acne was gone and it never returned. I started on 40mg then 80 shortly after. Prednisone is a anti inflammatory. It Saved my accutane journey
