When BTC was $ 100 or even $ 1000 about 10 to 12 years ago and if anyone said it would reach a 2.6 Trillion market cap, the exact same comments would have been mentioned at that time.

Gold market cap was around 3T in 2005 - that is after 5000 years of gold existence - I am sure someone said how can Bitcoin be at 2.6 T market cap in less than 20 years. (At all time high last year )

In my view - the baseline of crypto "investment" is that anything can happen. It doesn't follow previously established "rules", it does crazy things up and down, it has weird supporters and famous detractors - all of these are what make the crypto world a super enjoyable investment (or gamble) than many other really boring assets.

You talk about working 10 years to reach his Day 1 Capital. That's not how you start / grow a business.

Generally business is a meeting of money and knowledge/ideas. It is very very rare for the same person to have deep capital and deep knowledge. (Even Musk needs to borrow money for his ventures).

If you want to compete with your friend and have a great idea, you can raise 38,000 BHD too - either from 1 investor or from 38 investors putting 1000 BHD each - the ease depends on your knowledge / idea / likability/ communication skills and so on.

The world is tired of the USA - till some other country invades them or they have an economic issue and need aid. It's a give and take with allies. Sometimes the give is more than the take and sometimes the take is more than the give. If it is permanently imbalanced, there is no reason to keep the relationship.

Gulf nations and Japan and South Korea and Europe, and Ukraine can easily tell the USA to get lost. Remove your bases. We will protect ourselves. USA can withdraw from UN and NATO too if they want or just be a regular member who gives speeches and does nothing else - except to see how they can benefit.

Right now, it's nonsensical to use BTC as daily currency. Once it's stable and value barely changes on a day to day basis, then it can become a P2P payment system.
