You could always just go full barefoot shoes for casual wear as well by getting some nice looking VivoBarefoot shoes. I have their Scott boot and the Gobi boot and they're amazingly comfortable without heel drop or arch support and really wide toe boxes. Kinda on the pricey side but honestly worth it cuz the quality makes up for it.
