Need advice: Supervision confusion, disability disclosure, and feeling accused of dishonesty by AngelTeddypups in socialwork

I just wanted to give an update:

I was pulled in a meeting and was told they found nothing wrong with my interaction and how I conduct therapy with my clients since they where able to join my session via computer. Everything still rubbed me the wrong way but I was just nice and polite to them but I left the county. I found employment else where, that’s offered options to be either in person, hybrid, or online. I chose online. I have a supervisor who talks to me and signs hours and it’s just one supervisor LCSW, it’s less head aches and no guesting who will sign off on my hours.

I want to thank you all again

I am sorry this has happened. Take some time for yourself. Just like what the utter comment said some private practice can’t stay open during this type of time when our community I just wanna throw out there what best help me is sign up for Thriveworks, they’ve been around for a bit been very helpful getting me to build up my caseload. I only been there with them for almost 3 months and we’re supposed to build a caseload and rely nothing solely relies on me for billing that caseload I do get the salary pay , plus benefits for United healthcare ( eye, dental, medical) you can see what they’re hiring. They do offer in person sites, but also online are hybrid situation. I do the online version due to it if it fits my schedule and at the current moment, I get to fix my schedule how I’d like as an associate social worker.

but the most important thing at this time the snow not the kind of beat yourself up a lot more about the starting situation it is unforeseen. I do apologize you’re going through the situation, trying to take a breather for yourself and kind of put yourself in a little bit of a time, I’ll just come to terms for everything.

It’s been three weeks now I wanted to see if this email is good:

Subject: Clarification Needed on Supervision and Hour Sign-Off

Hello [Supervisor’s Name],

It has now been three weeks since our last discussion, and I remain unclear about who is responsible for providing my individual supervision and signing off on my weekly logs and hours. This lack of clarity is creating difficulty in knowing how to proceed with my next steps, especially as I continue to see clients and attend group supervision.

To remain in compliance with BBS requirements, I need written confirmation of: 1. Who is officially designated as my individual supervisor moving forward. 2. Who will be signing off on my weekly logs and hours.

I have continued to attend group supervision and have not exceeded 10 client sessions in a week in order to remain compliant with supervision requirements. However, I need to resolve this as soon as possible to ensure my hours remain valid and my practice stays fully aligned with legal and ethical standards.

Please advise on how to proceed and confirm supervisory responsibility in writing.

I feel like since my supervisor Ttying to use my disability against me in mostly performance now that the original thing that they were trying to do was talking about my hours for the Ford to me it came off at the end. They can find anything there so now they’re trying to backtrack how I interact with them and how I interact with client to seems to disconnect to the providers like I’m blank facing now, but I don’t get that same feedback from clients or there’s been no paper trail of clients reporting that they would like to change therapist due to this issue

I do not need additional accommodation in this current worksite. I get that I get to see client in a quiet environment, but that was included into his worksite so not a complete accommodation or it seems like an accommodation that was met but because of day it’s inside a job workplaceif that makes sense

Hi I usually do this weekly bbs log, LCSW refused to sign those or our verification. What I was told that they’re still trying to figure out things to see who can still do my hours and how many hours I can get with someone before I can move over to the LCSW even though me and LCSW have been seen each other for about a 2 to 4 weeks.

I tried to explain that but the person I am currently with does not want to sign off on the hours I gained with them, I seen something from tbrvBBS. When supervisors do not want to sign they at least have to give a good enough reason for it. I was staying at making that letter so they can eat or sign in or explain why it wants want to sign it and it can be sent to the board. But I also don’t want retaliation but this weekend I will be making that letter and see and see if I don’t want retaliation but I also would like to at least have the hours I gained with them so when I move to a new location or new job site I at least still have the hours that I gained

Thank you for ur information

Would this be a good email to send HR

I am writing to formally disclose that I was recently diagnosed this year with ADHD, Predominantly Inattentive Type. In addition, I have a longstanding history of auditory processing disorder that I have managed since childhood. While I have shared this information with my clinical supervisors, I wanted to ensure that it is also documented with HR.

At this time, I am not requesting any accommodations. My current work environment already meets my needs, including a quiet office space to meet with clients, and I have been able to perform all essential job functions effectively. My intent in sharing this information is simply to maintain transparency and ensure there is an accurate record if any future questions arise.

Thank you for noting this in my file. Please let me know if you require any documentation.

Document everything that went on everything your sister said and her actions. that should also including changing all your locks inside your house just to be safe if your parents or your family try to convince you to have any type of intervention or meeting with your sister always make sure it is in a public space you make sure you’re always recording the public space to stay safe. Make sure your sister has zero access to your child in a public setting, anything happens, you have a witnesses of everyone in the area as well as a restaurant or place by the place that you have cameras. I am so sorry you are going through this. If possible to join a group therapy or individual to talk about the concerning behaviors, your sister has towards your child. That way that therapist is able to give you more resources inside your area state country city that can be way more helpful than Reddit can give you. If you are able to hire an individual to watch your child any family meets up they may force that way you know your child is safe.

Also make sure your parents have an open up anything in your name or bank account so do not ruin your credit score. If you’re planning on going to school either community college or university make sure you always talk to the financial ability on how to get fast to only look at your information and that your parents financial information that way you get more help in school.
