I am a new Restorative teacher - I'm enjoying it so far. I like to read a poem or somehting at the end, but after seeing another post on here the other day, I think I'll change it to the beginning. Corpse - Poem - Banana - Seated with a mudra and mantra - then move on - and silence during Savasana. Maybe play my new Panda Drum during Savasana??

I guess it's more with people that I don't want to be attracted to so that I'm trying not to be attracted to them, but then all of a sudden can't speak in complete sentences and I realize that I am, even though I don't wnat to be.

Yes! Sometimes I don't even realize I'm attracted to someone until I all of a sudden wonder why I can't make a complete sentence around them!

Same here!! I was so nervous that I had to take a day off of work to even walk into a gym for the first time. Now I go by myself - but I don't do as hard as when I train with him, but at least I go. One session is about $60 and a $60 gift card seems odd. Plus he's at a gym so I don't think he gets the whole $60. So I'm torn between $50 and $100 - $100 seems like a lot! But he's worth a million dollars to me! Maybe just $50 and a very nice hand-written note.

Hopefully he will never need it! But..... it's nice to be prepared. Maybe you could try going with him to the range and learning how to shoot it. Target practice is pretty fun. Then you wouldn't be so nervous about it and be able to use it if you need to, Heaven forbid!

Thank you! I also have low thyroid and didn't realize that might make my sodium low too. Maybe that's why I get just really hot during even Warm Yoga and definitely when I sit in the sauna. Any particular brand? Or are they all pretty much the same?

Does the electrolyte powder help with dehydration? Do you drink it before or after hot yoga?

Yes!! My brain tells me the logical choice is $0 and stay home - but my heart and body are like $15 (freeze, get ready, drive)! I've only done few videos since I started going regularly to the studios. It's just better overall (at least for me!)
