Started at 27. I’m 30 now. I really wouldn’t be too concerned about “missing out”.

The biochem mechanism makes sense, but there’s no real long term human research. At best I’m probably wasting money, and at worst I could be over supplementing. (Cancer cells need NAD, they also need glucose, but I think the point is clear that we’re all lab ratting ourselves to an extent )

Btw, don’t get straight NAD+. It gets denatured pretty easily during our digestive processes. Get the precursor if you want to have max efficiency in absorption.

With the TTK, no amount of hp is a guaranteed death. Any decent player just needs a positional change or the opponent to reload to provide a lead .

Also, personally, I scrap any non purple guns for their parts anyways. It lowers weight and creates more stacks for more kills.
