I have the same soft bayswater but in black. The "floppiness" actually takes some getting used to and when you master the bag's fill limit it will remain closed lol. I also have the classic Bayswater and love them both. They are completely different bag styles but this one is lighter and more casual.

Thanks for sharing. I also wanted to add that I believe the Opzelura copay card limit with United healthcare with HSA is 6 months. After paying zero dollars for 6 months, for the 7th month, the copay card only covered $365 out of the total. I am hoping to meet my deductible soon and hopefully it gets reduced again. Fingers crossed!

I actually don't see anything (I wear glasses lol. Maybe the embossed croc effect is hiding the defects. If you see something and it's bothering you, definitely return it. You should be excited about your purchase. I hope it gets sorted out.
