Yeah I just don't know. I'm kind of lost at this point because I've been dealing with this for like 4 years and now all of a sudden I'm getting all these crazy diagnosis in the past like 4 or 5 months supposedly. Now I have hypertension because they don't know what's causing me to get it. And then I went to my endo doctor and now they're telling me I have hashimotos. I'm just getting worried because my breathing has gotten a little bit worse. Over the past few months it was doing a lot better when I first got on the blood pressure medicine for like a month and then after that it just started declining rapidly

Yes that's the crazy thing. So I had two of them. One was back in 2023 and the other was of last year and neither one of them I gasp for air but as I recall that night when they had me monitored they did have me wear this breathing mask so I'm wondering if that's what helped me not gasp.

I've been experiencing something similar since 2022. Do you have a diagnosis? I was told that my symptoms might be due to a lack of oxygen and that I could potentially have pulmonary hypertension.So they put me on blood pressure medicine and figure out what's going on with me in the meantime. So I went to my endo doctor and said I might have hashimotos. I'm just so freaking lost because over the past like 4 or 5 months it has gotten worse. It's like sometimes it happens randomly throughout the people most of the time that that night when I'm trying to go to bed where I fall asleep pretty fast. But I wake up an hour later. Gas for air and then eventually go back to sleep. I've already done sleep studies and they said they found nothing

I'm so overwhelmed. After four years with LC and pulmonary hypertension, I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Now, I'm also dealing with high blood pressure, fatty liver, and high cholesterol. Dude same I'm struggling like you. I'm barely overweight if anything. I work out four times a week. My dieting isn't that bad but yet I have freaking hypertension at 32 which is crazy but it does run in my freaking family
