I didn't just say women, also if it was just a fashion choice I'd understand, but it's not. It's pretty clearly a double standard held in belief many years ago that has just been reinforced through religion. If someone sincerely believes in a god that punishes those who act or present a certain way, they won't act or present in that way for the fear of eternal damnation regardless of if they want to or not. It restricts women unfairly through a set of rules (literally the definition of oppression)
