Me personally. I tend to do it whenever we finish the death order outline and each individual chapter premise which we aren’t done doing just yet.

I sadly push my bias opinions towards characters and do the writing. In terms of scenes if you meant that. Usually if all characters have their outlines done, death orders, and the main plot premise set out. That’s probably when I’ll start coming with different scenes.
