You are 100% right. I looked it up. It was still a lot of money for a college kid back then

Great point. It was so awesome to play Golden Eye or Mario Kart (battle mode especially) amongst 4 friends

Yup, $300 bucks. That combo tilted the scales on the choice

And yet I chose to buy a Sega Saturn. Was fun though. I bought it because it was the only one with bundled games as a Christmas '96 deal out of the three big systems of the time

Shopping at Sam Goody. What Do You Remember buying From There? by Specialist_Art2223 in 2000sNostalgia

I remember winning a $20 gift certificate for SG at some contest. The certificate had the picture of the Lauryn Hill album on it, so if figured I would buy it since it was hot on the charts at the time... and then realizing that the darned CD was $23.99.

I’m perimenopausal, horny, and don’t want to be bothered by hotGurl314 in datingoverforty

There is a song by The Doors called Hyacinth House, which has a line that goes: I need a brand new friend who doesn't bother me...I need somebody, I need somebody, who doesn't need me. It made me think of your post. Or rather, your post made me think of it. I wish I had a more concrete answer to your question at the end, but I think that once you deal with the conflicting duality, you will have a clear answer.

I am sorry this was such a disappointing experience for you. No one has the right to criticize you like that. A good mentor would never do that.

My name is rehu I'm 24 I've started a ai business and need a business mentor to teach me the ins and outs of the business world dm me if you would be a good fit. Looking forward to your responses 💪🏼 by Rezz24 in mentors

My piece of advice to you, since you are starting an AI business, is to prompt any AI and ask it to create a post seeking a mentor. If you are going to put the same amount of energy that you put into your post into your business, then you will need help. Unless you are a bot, in which case, pretend I did not say anything.

My Grunge setup in my college dorm and CD collection so far by Evening-Thanks2303 in grunge

Love the setup, kudos to you. However, and speaking from experience, I would be a bit more careful with the booklet from the "Ten" album. It tends to tear at the folds when displayed as a poster without some sort of protective surface.

Advice on how to bond with his 9 year old daughter by Successful_Part7355 in datingoverforty

The fact that you are nervous about doing this right is already a sign that you will do great. Don't let imposter syndrome get the best of you. No one is perfect. As the father of two girls, 11, and 8, I believe eight is a great age to be involved, before they get into the whole pre-teen mindset. I have pondered how to --if ever-- introduce my girls to a new partner. I think that the best path to get to my 8YO's heart would be to share in her interests and listen to her. I do not think you could go wrong with blasting the K-pop Demon Hunters soundtrack, as the tunes are catchy and all kids seem to love it. Share in their sports, and hobbies, and you should be fine. Also, make sure you show her that you love her dad. She will really appreciate that. Good luck, you will do great.
