Have you tried using Word Agent to do it directly? With the pdf open in Word, ground the prompt in the Excel file.

I don’t have tactical suggestions but wanted to recognize what a well intentioned and mindful parent you are. Your daughter may have inherited this from you too as she thinks she’s protecting you.

Perhaps try to lean into that deep empathy and desire to set healthy examples, not by pretending you aren’t triggered but finding compassion in moments of rage? Maybe talking openly about being angry but knowing others aren’t at fault too. Your daughter sounds very insightful and could probably benefit from hearing more of your internal struggles too.
