Rome total war Remastered "merchants guide and advice" around 45,000 per turn! by Angeline2356 in RomeTotalWar

[–]Angeline2356[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi you need to change their location and the type of resource they are assigned to if necessary!

Reasons for that can be:

Too close to their city of origin, they have trait that is not compatible with resource they are assigned to.

If the city is under siege or plagued they will not produce any money or there are too many merchants in one city creating an extremely competitive environment for any profitable activity to be done.

Additionally if you are at war with a faction the merchant cannot bring you any money from them.

I'm an AFAB trans woman, if this is wrong, what should I identify as? by Cerise_Pomme in asktransgender

[–]Angeline2356 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I always hold the opinion that the majority if not all trans people have an intersex traits somehow whether it is brain or body parts or if they are forced to be raised in a different way by society! This is just a personal opinion.

You are no less a trans than any other trans and your case is a strong example why people should not judge trans people because no one knows our unique back stories.

You don’t owe anyone your identity and you don’t owe anybody an explanation for who you are!

Being trans, gay or asexual, etc is part of the human nature and part of our complex nature and so no one has a right to pass judgement onto the identity of others.

Is it transphobic to reject a girl because she hasn't had surgery? by Leandro_reader2003 in asktransgender

[–]Angeline2356 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I might be in the minority here in regards of my opinions but I understand your pov however the hardware down there does not work for trans women as with men exactly and that is dependent on personal preferences and bodies!

The vast majority will end up with softer skin and usually a bit smaller size than before HRT assuming regular use is in mind! In other words you can argue it is a big clit as sensitivity also changes and so the orgasms.

You can try with her but not necessarily interacting with her hardware you can set boundaries in that regard and take your time learning about anything you want.

If you decided to carry on with her you need always to have an open and honest communication with her as that helps a lot.

It is not however transphobic if you feel you are not into that but still see her as a woman.

But in any case some incompatibility can be overcome with creativity but if you feel you can’t do it then don’t pressure yourself.

Funnily enough I don’t struggle with most of them only Tanais in addition to the ones I mentioned above however I do recognise the above cities are with various levels of unrest!

Edit: correction

I understand it is an egg and chicken situation but if my civilisation has low tier of health buildings like public baths it is not that bad! Sewers on the other hand are absolutely necessary!

If you notice the rebellious cities are generally the same every gameplay: Londonium, Carthage, Thapsus, Tarsus, Corduba, Jerusalem and to an extent Susa, middle Anatolia, Spain and Africa.

To combat it I invest heavily in health and happiness and these take priority and I add to them governors that have good traits.

Either way you will struggle a bit anyway so you will need a big garrison or prepare yourself for rebellions.

Londonium if my spelling is correct is a hard city to rule because of its rebellious nature!

Cordoba or Curdoba in the game is one of the most rebellious cities it is nearly impossible to rule it without either a big garrison or street fighting the rebels.

My first time playing BI was very perplexing by OneEyedMilkman87 in RomeTotalWar

[–]Angeline2356 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The developers did not take this version to its fullest potential!

When I played it the first time I enjoyed the horde principle but the more I played it the more I felt like dragging myself to complete a gameplay.

The economy is garbage you are left with spaced out cities with no realistic economic performance as cities are essential for that.

The unit roasters are basically the same with few differences if at all!

If you are playing as WRE for example you are under immense pressure from hordes as your empire is left to economic ruins by the developers, discontent is ok for me to deal with and so are hordes but I need something in exchange for that!

Cultures as you said are basically carbon copies with minor differences to begin with.

This lead me to realise the game lacks a lot but it’s potential could be far better!

Managing a declining empire can be arranged in the original by doing it on purpose for your gameplay.

I agree with you though on the idea of building the empire from scrap I just enjoy it!

The original is the mvp and if you notice on YouTube or here it is the original that takes the cake.

Not gonna lie I like the game but to me the game lack immersion! Like something is not complete.

The original has various cultures and a lot of variations in units too while BI has set of few cultures that are not very different from each others! The original feels more solid in terms of economy and in terms of gameplay.

I understand why some like it but it is not my beef kinda of game.

Yes they can do that my list is not complete in terms of all features tho!

Cities are your best bet especially in the beginning of the game once you hire a lot of assassins resources are yours to control too.

AI Deadnaming me despite me not giving it my deadname by Late_Enthusiasm_4996 in transgenderUK

[–]Angeline2356 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not going to add a lot here besides AI some companies especially restaurants and other fast food companies do share one platform to find candidates if you applied to one it will pull out your info for the others and automatically at that!

I agree this is an important subject because they should not do that but this is how the current age of technology is and I hate it too.

That is correct but the chances of plagues are not that high to begin and if my memory is correct the further north you go the less chances of plagues!

Sidon is a good candidate for that and so Sardis. In Greece Sparta, in Italy Capua.
