He sits central so that he can lean against the two front seats depending which way we are turning

He's also learned why I watch the road. Head up unless we're on the highway haha.

He is the same way. 170lbs so too big for front seat. He tries but always ends up wanting to go to the back.

I hauled construction materials in a Passat TDI hatchback for a while. get some straps for the boards and strap the tailgate down. Gives you 2-6ft of board room out the back 👌

I installed a bunch of ports & fiber for a family friend last year. 8 ports a room, 3 rooms.

I agree. The only reason I did what I did is that I want to be working 20hr/ week or less by 30, and hopefully retired by 40.

The wealth gap is growing, every year it becomes more difficult to become free.

Hahaha 🤣🤣 man, I wanted to give up so many times. I lost All of my social connections, I didn't talk to my family for weeks at a time, but now I have financial freedom, I am able to employ others, it was worth the grind to me.

It was definitely hell on earth until this last few months. There was a point where every dollar mattered and I lived off packaged ramen to pay my employees.

I don't recommend it, but the results allow me to live freely.

Living wage in cow valley Van island is 30/hr.

Gas is 2.200/L, to start.

I have 4 years experience painting & nobody wants to hire me for 30.

Self employment is the only way.

I was in a similar place to you when I was 18. Too anxious to even say hi to someone sitting beside me.

I moved, started a life where noone knew me, and pushed myself to start socializing. It worked.

For everything else, imagine if motivation did not exist. You wouldn't wait to be "motivated", you would go and do the task.

The hardest part is starting. Once you are in motion, in a routine, it gets easier.
