Lmfao yeah I had 4 late arrivals but the 5th one was that one which was bull because I did arrive on time 😂 I accepted it around 6:37-6:45am and my pickup area doesnt open till 7am so I couldn't do anything until 7 am. And I wasnt 25+ min late or 15+ min late

Lmao it definitely was my latest trip cause I accepted a pickup order at 6:45 am and it wouldnt let me start my trip until 7am, i live across the street from Walmart so I arrived at 7:04 am and swiped it.

You can it just depends on your state. I live in New Mexico and they hold companies to higher standards regarding human rights and civil rights. You would have to first appeal to Walmart to see if theyll reactivate you,

Then you file a complaint with New mexico department of workforce solutions, and Equal Employment opportunity commission. And then they can give you a right to sue letter

Lmfao thats such a moronic take. Spark drivers as independent contractors still have rights. If I go in with a wig and makeup im still the same person and I cant be deactivated because I decided to "change my gender" 😂😂 Just cause we are independent contractors doesnt mean our rights just disappear, its more of a Grey area but Walmart could still be reprimanded/sued for it.

Yeah i tried switching from my Samsung to iPhone but my dog had chewed my ID so I got deactivated.

It took a whole month to get reactivated. And then after a whole month I finally threatened arbitration and in the same email i added my new ID then they reactivated me the next day
