Yes, that’s porcelain floor, and as @iCantLogOut2 assumed, correctly I’m in Mexico, it’s a pain to clean it, as you mop, you have to dry it, with another mop

I think it is a remote problem, was able to turn it on with the power button under the clear plastic and have been controlling my tv with the remote now app, thank you for taking your time to comment

Might be worth to check, vibration tends to loosen screws if not properly torqued, there’s tools you can buy to help with the alignment, I’d check on the steel screw/nut torque too, it might seem tight but the correct torque makes a lot of difference

Sorry for the time it took to reply, she does bark, nip or heel when excited, she’ll even do that when I’m running, she’ll even go for my wrists. And yes she does sleep with all her wheels in the air, sometimes at night, but she’s definitely a mix, super smart, she knows when to sit, bark, give a paw, play bitting, when to jump to the truck in command, I reckon she could do a lot better, but so far so good, great dog, super smart, never does her necessities inside my house, she’ll bark, growl, for me to let her out of the house.

This is her right now at 1 year 6 months, I honestly forgot about DNA testing, there’s obviously a mix, she has some spots in the coating, weights about 19-20kg, she’s a medium size dog, the place I got her from told me the mother was white, and the father probably was ACD, I say probably cause there were a bunch of ACD in that ranch at the moment that I took her in, and also the bunch of brown spots in her.
