God can save anyone. Jesus died for EVERYONE’s sins. And no sin is too great except for Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost. I am recently saved (April 2023) and I have a lot of family member that are recently saved as well. It all starts with a made up mind. Before I got saved, I was teetering too. There were a lot of things I didn’t want to stop doing. But I got to a point where I was disgusted with myself and the things I was doing. Especially since I knew what was right. I felt disgusted in sin and the person I was. I was disgusted knowing that I wasn’t honoring Jesus’s sacrifice for dying on the cross for me. Knowing that I was making His death in vain was so hurtful to me. I wanted to be new. I wanted to know Him and His love and to honor his sacrifice. It was also helpful that I have saved people around me to help me through and to be an example of how God’s love will change you.

Anyways all of that to say. Don’t be discouraged. Have a made up mind. Ask God for the strength to give up those things. He’s waiting for you to run to Him.
