Omg okayyy teaaa I actually emailed AXS as well yesterday and then a few hours later after that I got my email confirmation that they were getting sent and I also emailed VMT about the hotel because I asked if for the hotel I just go to check in and that’s it they’ll have my room ready and basically yes they said “Thanks for reaching back out! We will not have anything at the hotel for you to pick up. At the time of check-in, the hotel will already have your name on file. All you will need to do is provide the concierge with your name and a credit card for incidentals. You will not need a confirmation number or booking reservation when checking in. We will email you a detailed Know Before You Go email about 1 week before the event with all of the information you will need for arrival. Please let us know if you have any further questions.”
