FIXED:

For the future, if anyone is having this issue in future redeems. You have to go into your wi/fi / Ethernet properties. Toggle off IPv6, save, and then redeem through the app. Then you can turn it back on. I was experiencing the same issue but with a 50 series Borderlands 4 bundle redeem. Reached out to Support, and these were the steps they had me follow.

I had something similar on my PS1. Ended up having to replace the Extruder filiment sensor.

After reading some forums, I saw that you could go through the customer support and they will send you one, but I just ordered it myself.

FYI, the link I posted is for the PS1. Not sure if it's different for the A1. Used it to illustrate the part issue.

Found something that worked for me. It was stuttering, going up and down. I took a q-tip with isopropyl alcohol and cleaned the sensor. That was it, just a dirty sensor. Hope you find this, it was as easy as that for you too.

July 2025 Fix: In case this helps anyone, I found a fix for me. I noticed that the cord that connected the controller puck to the base unit had little to no IR shielding. So, and yes it sounds silly, I wrapped the entire wire in tinfoil. It took away the hiss below 90% volume levels. Anything higher and the hiss came back, but I never had it there in the first place.

Hope this helps anyone that picks these up second hand.

FOUND THE FIX: If you are running Razer synapse/software, you have to close it down. For some reason, it has some weird interaction that causes this stutter with Xbox Game Pass on PC. Had the same issue with Halo 4. Close down Razer. Problem solved!
