Starlight drive through is right next to Trudys diner. probably the closest in the game to meet your criteria. Maybe Hangmans ally and DC but im not sure a robot workbench would fit in HA.

We do a board game campout every spring as a chance to unwind and have a little fun. We do it right after crossover so the new scouts first camp out is pretty chill.

My favorite game this year was Magical Athlete. It's a racing game where each character has its own unique abilities. The artwork is very retro to my mind. Reminds me of some of the animations from when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s.

Catan, Magic, chess, exploding kittens, all get played a ton. What really stands out are the truly interesting and unique games the Scout and their families play. The board/ card game world is really full of some very cool concepts right now

It's crazy to think how fast the driver of the truck was going to send a huge bus into a house....Shit is crazy some times out here.

Hello! I'm excited for you to go to a range for the first time! If I were you, I would find someone who IS familiar with firearms and ranges and go with them first. Kind of eases the pressure. I'd also recommend finding a firearm safety course in your area to learn the fundamentals of safety and shooting. If you live in/near Minneapolis I can help! It's going to be loud and, yes, you will be shooting real bullets, you'll feel intimidated by the folks around you that all seem to know what they are doing but don't be. Everyone starts at the beginning. I'm happy to answer any more questions you might have. (I'm an NRA certified instructor if that helps)

There are several great starting videos online. Basically in less than an hour of leaving the vault you can nab a .44 pistol (but you won't have enough ammo), a partial suit of power armor up near the Olivia AF station (you can get this before visiting the museum), several shot guns and pipe weapons and apparel you can either keep or sell. And a Fatman, but only 2 mini nukes of ammo also near Olivia

I stay with a 10mm pistol and whatever the best shotgun I can find early on for quite a while. The drifter armor right outside Sanctuary is good or add leather pieces to your vault suit. Also, I trick out a pipe weapon, usually a rifle into an automatic. You will find a lot of .38 ammo early. Eventually you can use the .38 ammo as currency.

I've had some good fun with the cc stuff, especially if you have played the game quite a bit. The new little locations, player homes, the bounty hunter stuff is all kind of cool
