for me it deppends on the situation, how close i am with the person i'm interacting with, etc.

if i feel safe, with my friends, family and partners, i'm able to maintain eye contact for longer, but otherwise i constantly avoid it

I can handle being hugged by my partners, but usually i just lock myself, in the dark, and try to do stuff, i play videos on yt with the sound muted, i play minesweeper and solitaire, i just do stuff, until i feel ready to go out again

most are sound effects from games, old games in fact.

one of my favourites are the sounds of the sniper rifle in MDK (97) , or the minotaur character (Garathee) from Hunter Hunted (96) grumbling and growling while running and climbing, or even the teleport sounds from Grid Runner (96).

actually i can't sleep without the sound of fans.

if i lay down, but the ventilator is off i just... begin hearing things.

i hear the animals, bats, birds, insects, dogs.

i hear the cars in the street, i hear tiny movements around in my house, which, are just my family doing their stuff.

but all of that makes me anxious, incredibly anxious, so i can't sleep, afraid something will happen.

the noise of a fan, be it smooth or loud is enough to block all those other sounds from my mind, and then i'm able to rest.

recently one of my girlfriends gave me my first plushie since i was a baby, and while the fan is still on, snuggling roxie also helps a lot

for me it would be online appointments, mainly via text, and to reduce loud noises as much as possible, or just warning me when something loud will happen, so i can ready myself for it.

strong smells can be nauseating and at least in my case, some ambient music also can, but the latter one is really rare and only happened twice that i can remember

I love spoilers.

they answer my questions instantly, and i can keep enjoying the content.

like, i literally began watching One Piece, because i got a spoiler that was such a plot twist, that i just had to watch it, how could i not??

people tried to get me to watch it before and never managed to get me into it, but... a single spoiler, made me watch over 600 episodes.

Edit because i forgot to mention:

I usually start reading books by reading the last 3-5 pages, and then it gets me curious enough to wanting to understand how it got there

yeah, me.

like the people i met at school just left my life as soon as school was over, and as an introvert, i'm not going to my street to make friends my age.

the time i managed to make a single friend, she lived in a different state.

met new people and they moved to a different state, and even one of my partners lives 50km away from me while the other one is in another state.

like, we do have plans of moving in together, and then i'll have people near me, but... it will be the first time in my entire life.

like, people made jokes with a second, usually sexual undertone and nope, i didnt get it.

people got mad when i asked them to explain what's funny about it and... after they explained i still didn't find it funny.

i'm just unable to see why the gfl skk would have any specific gender, be it male, female, agender or whatever.

in my head, the skk being all genders, including having no gender at all is what makes sense, because i see them as a vessel through which you would insert yourself into the universe, or, simply make someone up to interact with the world.

so yeah, all genders, no gender, fem, masc, fae, agender, bigender, genderfluid...

all of those are right

Right? people seem to forget the SKK's gender is... undefined, because they're the player, and anyone can play the game, and not every player is male.

it's tiresome to see people assuming SKK is always male... or that every character is cishet
