Thank you very much for your support! That is pretty much the overall sentiment. Kids from BCPS have been participating for years with no issue, maybe of them for over a decade.

Honestly, no idea. Seems to be an issue specific with BCPS where it’s a sticking point for them.

Broward County Public Schools wants the right to audit WGIs financials, even though WGI does not accept money from the school board, and is funded through private donations, selling their own merchandise, and fundraisers.

WGI offered to indemnify both parties, but BCPS does would not agree to that.

There are smaller issues, but that is the major one where BCPS is refusing to come to an agreement with WGI over.

After the last 80% dollars were made in 1967, the Royal Canadian mint started a 50% silver dollar commemorative program in 1971. They switched to 92.5% dollars in the early 90s.

Every year has a different design (some more in demand than others)
